Ready-to-ship boutique items are shipped as soon as possible. Custom and made-to-order graphic apparel may require additional processing time.

Returns

Because personalized and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, custom items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

For eligible non-custom merchandise, contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
